How does the game Tetris Arcade! work?

New version of the classic arcade game, Tetris. In Tetris Arcade, your objective will be to complete horizontal lines to eliminate them and make space on the screen, but in this version, something's been added: a shiny block. If you're lucky enough to run across one of these cubes, you'll be able to eliminate the vertical line of your choice.
