How does the game Space Runner work?

You'll be a space sprinter and your objective is to run as many meters as you can, advancing through the levels. You'll find three different types of obstacles: low, middle and high heights. Your character won't stop running and you have to hit UP, DOWN or RIGHT at exactly the right moment to beat all the obstacles.
