How does the game Madpet Rocketpet work?

They're back! The brave piggy from the Madpets saga will fly in the air with his jetpack till he reaches the outermost layers of the Earth's ozone. The flight artifact works with star dust the pink animal has to collect as he ascends, without running into explosives or rockets.
