How does the game Traffic Trouble work?

In 2312 the robots have taken all the jobs except for yours! You'll be in charge of traffic in a neighborhood in the city and you'll have to prove that you can do the job much better than any robot. Activate the traffic lights so there aren't any traffic jams!
