How does the game Sword Tournament work?

Once a year, the Sword Tournament is celebrated, where you will have to show your fighting skills and, if you're capable of defeating the evil sorcerer, Moryn, you will receive the Fire Sword. But before you can challenge Moryn, you will have to face all the participants of the tournament.
