How does the game Snakeman Steve work?

A plague of mice has invaded the room and Steve the snakeman will take advantage of the opportunity to stuff himself with mice and grow as much as he can. Unfortunately, Steve is blind and will need your help to hunt the mice. Hit the UP key to begin the game and use LEFT and RIGHT so Steve turns from side to side.
