How does the game Shark Attack work?

Jump from island to island and reach the continent in one piece. The danger of your adventure is under the water: a hungry shark is waiting for you to make a mistake so he can eat you for dinner. Move with the arrow keys and hit the A key to jump. The shark is unbeatable but the rest of your enemies can be eliminated if you jump over them.
