How does the game Rich Cars 3 work?

You thought that since you're rich your life would be perfect forever and you wouldn't have to worry about financial problems ever again... But that's not the way it's going. You went bankrupt and they confiscated all your cars. Kidnap them and escape from the police to get your stuff back. Use the turbo and missiles to open a clear path and get rid of all the cops!
