How does the game Meat Boy work?

Two pieces of meat are in love and they were happily getting some fresh air in the woods when an evil magician appeared and kidnapped them. You have to rescue her, beating all the levels in the game and leaving a trail of your blood all over the scene! Remember to be really careful of the traps and obstacles.
