How does the game Last To Die work?

It's the end of the world! Be the last one to die and get rid of whoever you have to, giving free rein to the egotistical impulse that comes with knowing that the end is near. The more you jump and the more spikes and other obstacles you dodge, the longer you'll prolong your cruel demise.
