How does the game Jungle Jump work?

Help Tarzan to collect all the diamonds that're scattered all over the jungle so he can give them to Jane on their first anniversary of living in the jungle. Time is running against you and the jungle is full of dangerous creatures and obstacles that you'll have to avoid, sliding through the lianas and crossing fierce rapids.
