How does the game Head To Head Racing work?

Racing game in which you will drive a minuscule toy car and the race track will be made up of toy blocks, screwdrivers, skateboards, etc. Try not to damage your car too much or the vehicle will stop for repairs. Collect items that you find on the track to gain speed and finish the race before your rival.
