How does the game Haters Wars work?

At some time or other we've all played one of the many online war games in which you have to kill, working with a team. Hater Wars is a parody simulating one of these rounds. Pick one of the freaks and enter the game, where you'll have to kill the enemies with the different weapons you'll find along the way.
