How does the game Dice Puzzle work?

Original puzzle game in which your objective'll be to fit the dice into the silhouette that appears, making the top face of the dice coincide with the red dot before time is up. As you advance through the levels, you'll find more and more obstacles that'll impede the movement of the dice.
