How does the game Destructo Dog 2 work?

The dogs are sick of the fact that the cats took control of the world, and that's why our canine friend is going after them. Grab the weapons and jetpack so you can fly over the area and dodge the attacks, destroy the whole area with no compassion and turn the kitties into ground meat.
