How does the game Banger Racing work?

As soon as the sun rises in Little Chef, we find our intrepid, sausage horsemen having breakfast so that they're ready for a race that they'll risk flesh and bone to win. Accelerate with the spacebar and move with the arrow keys to take the curves.
